Enter The Smith Group #DuffyChallenge Giveaway.

If you have a duffy, do the duffy. If you don't have a duffy, make-believe-a-duffy. 

It's your choice how to interpret this challenge. With six guidelines below we're looking for your creativity and fun to be the driving forces.

1. Post a sixty second video to your Instagram feed doing the duffy (singing, dancing, acting, lip syncing, sketch, parody, i.e.).
2. Duffy not required! Think midwest duffy, southern duffy, urban duffy, duffy meets mickey, in a corn field duffy, the desert duffy, duffy on a mountain... What's your version of a duffy?
3. Tag IG @tsmith007 #TeachMeHowToDuffy & #DuffyChallenge. (If you're on Facebook tag https://www.facebook.com/thesmithgrouprealestate)
4. Stream audio from the music video on a separate device.
5. Who would you like to explore Newport Beach with? Tag that person!
6. Get creative and have fun.

We're choosing three of our favorite entries and picking three additional videos at random. 

With the top six we'll let the world decide. All submissions are due Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 11:59PM PST.

Voting will take place Thursday, October 18, 2018 through Monday, October 22, 2018.

The winner will be announced Tuesday, October 23, 2018.

The winner receives airfare for two to Newport Beach, California (within the continental United States), two nights at the Lido House, dinner for two at Nobu Lido Marina Village, and a duffy experience for the day on the Harbor.

For every million views by next Thursday, The Smith Group will donate $25,000 to local charity organizations.

*Must be 18 and over to win. Approximately $4000 value for grand prize. The winners are responsible for any taxes on winnings.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) electronic or digital transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, or misdirected; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Challenge; (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Challenge, (vi) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the Challenge, or in the announcement of prizes/prize winners; or (vii) malfunctions or interference resulting from illicit, malicious or injurious code (including but not limited to viruses, worms, and denial of service attacks). If for any reason the Challenge cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Challenge, or if the Challenge is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Challenge and reserves the right, but not the obligation, to select winners from among all non‑suspect entries received as of the date/time of such termination/cancellation or modification. Except where prohibited by law, winner(s) grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation.

Choice of Law and Venue for disputes:
California law will apply;  all disputes must be first Mediated, if necessary,  Arbitrated under guidelines provided by JAMs (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service.
