We wanted to express our appreciation for your guidance and thorough follow-through during our search and purchase of our home in Newport Coast. Being new to the area, we needed someone to help guide us through the area and the process, and you delivered.

As you know, we were considering both lease-then-purchase or immediate purchase options. You were helpful in preserving both options and allowed us the latitude to make the decision that was right for us. During the tight timelines we were working under, you arranged and re-arranged your schedule to be available to meet our schedule. You understood both our needs and desires in a family home and helped to narrow down the choices of neighborhoods and homes to those that really worked for us. During negotiation, you provided salient advice and guidance that was helpful in coming up with a mutually workable solution. Throughout the closing process, you kept us informed of progress and helped to make appropriate arrangements, always in consultation with us. After the closing, you kept up with answers to questions that we had as we moved and settled down in our new home.

We are very happy with our new home. We are also very happy with the journey we went through with you and appreciate the close collaboration and care. Even our youngest daughter who is a very tough customer in warming up to new people warmed up to you and asked about you when we were at our home during the closing process.
