Christy and I just wanted to drop you a short note to thank you for your excellent work and assistance in connection with the purchase of our lot in Shady Canyon. It was truly an exceptional experience.

I think your extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Shady Canyon and its surrounding areas, as up to date as any I have ever come across, is what enabled us to make such an exceptional deal. As we drove through Shady Canyon with you, and as you pointed out lots for sale, their prices and what you knew about the status of the property and its history made our ultimate decision a truly well informed one. Also your knowledge of re-sales of existing homes in the area was extensive, helping us to feel comfortable that we were making a sound investment in building a new home.

Finally, I have to thank you for your strong negotiating abilities. You did more than just present an offer to the Irvine Company. I am convinced that your detailed analysis of the current market, and willingness to push for the best price was a terrific advantage for us. In short, you did a great job.
