We love our New Home! Thank you for all the work you did on our behalf in locating the best house, negotiating, and closing our new Home!??

We looked at over 50 houses, in three different areas. Your preparation and due diligence allowed us to not only contrast the various homes but also the Crystal Cove, Pelican Ridge and Shady Canyon areas. What impressed us the most was your deep knowledge of all these areas and the level of detail you supplied on each home. This was not an easy assignment and you handled it flawlessly!

It was your hard work that made it possible for us to see that we would be most happy in the Shady Canyon Community. A place we had not given much focus on. You handled multiple negotiations and produced and excellent value on the home we selected. I truly believe it was your excellent insight, relationships, and negotiation skills that allowed us to purchase a Bank owned property. It is not easy to purchase a Bank owned property….but you made it easy!

Finally, your assistance in closing and getting us settled in, along with helping to locate the best financing was terrific!
