We had the fortunate opportunity to work with Tim Smith of Coldwell Banker Previews International. Although we are in one of the most difficult real estate markets in recent history, Tim got our house sold. I wish I could say it was an easy transaction but it wasn’t. Tim and his group had the ability to handle the transaction competently which was an integral part of getting the deal complete. He smoothed out all of the wrinkles that seemed to keep showing up throughout the transaction and kept the deal on track. After what seemed to be a difficult process we successfully closed at an acceptable price, but most importantly all parties involved were happy with the deal.
