Tim Beans

Tim studied political science at the University of Arizona where he pursued his passion as a member of the university’s top ranked golf team. After following the path of a professional golfer for eight years, he joined the real estate industy in 2004 as a title representative. Five years of title experience prepared him with the knowledge to succeed as a real estate professional. The relationships he cultivated in the title industry are now providing him with the necessary tools to access bank owned properties, short sales, and distressed sales before they hit the open market. His professionalism and competitive nature acquired through college athletics, combined with his solid sales background in real estate, make him a strong addition to The Smith Group.
