John Yasko

John is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business where he earned a B.S. in Finance, with an emphasis in real estate investments in conjuction with the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate. He spent 16 years in a corporate sales environment as a top salesperson and regional manager of sales and operations. His former corporation is a member of Forbes magazine’s top 25 private corporations; it has been the subject of many business school case-studies and is recognized across multiple industries for exceeding customer expectations. John’s focus in on earning the long-term loyalty of his clients by exceeding their expectations of service, while utilizing his extensive corporate sales and negotiating experience for his clients’ advantage. Coming from an industry leader, his priority was to associate with the best company in residential real estate. As a result, he chose The Smith Group at Coldwell Banker Previews International in Fashion Island.
