I am writing to express how satisfied and grateful we are with Tim Smith and his associates. Throughout our entire process Tim was very professional, conscientious, polite and motivated. We never felt as though we were pushed into anything we did not feel comfortable with. Tim has a great quality most agents don’t have and that is patience. He goes over and beyond with making sure you are making the right decision and not getting into something you know you will regret in the long run. We always felt as though we were his only client.
Before meeting Tim we met with many agents, some of them had very little experience and some with several years of experience. In our first meeting with Tim we felt very comfortable and as though we had known him for a very long time. Before even viewing the house Tim took us on a little tour around the area which we were very impressed at his knowledge and experience. Although we looked at the home that we eventually ended up buying, we decided we wanted to still explore all the different options that the area had. We started setting up appointments to view the homes. Again, Tim NEVER pushed us to make a decision. It took almost a year for us to finally make a decision which brought us back to where we had started.
We were now ready to make a deal on the house. We met with the sellers and started negotiations with them. The process took at least 3 months to complete. In finalizing the deal, Tim was very helpful and detailed in making sure all the requirements were met and all that needed to be done was/would be done. The whole experience was very exciting, fun and most of all not stressful at all, as Tim himself made you feel very comfortable.
We highly recommend Tim Smith and The Smith Group to anyone looking for a highly effective and reliable real estate agent. Tim is very lucky to have a great assistant Emily Do to work by his side. She is on top of things and extremely friendly and polite. Very gracious young lady.
