Having just completed the sale of our home with the Smith Group, we feel the need to write a letter to
those interviewing Tim Smith and his team and give the highest recommendation possible! Tim and his
team sold our house in one of the most difficult real estate environments that I can remember. We
were very anxious about our ability to sell the home given the number of other similar homes on the
market and the difficulty to find qualified buyers. Tim and his group didn’t just sell our home, they sold
it in less than 60 days and for an excellent price – and months later the other homes are still on the
market and still lowering their prices!
We were more than pleased with the service and support Tim and his group gave us from the initial
meeting to escrow close – and even thereafter! Tim arranged to have a professional walk through the
house with us and consult on how to make it look as good as possible to potential buyers. The pictures
and marketing brochures/advertising were nothing short of stunning. They were then willing to do as
many open houses as possible and they had someone from their office (if not Tim himself) attend every
showing that a buying agent scheduled. In addition, the communication with the office team
(paperwork, scheduling, communication, etc.) was smooth and impressive.
Throughout the process, we really felt that we benefitted greatly from Tim and his group’s experience.
During the negotiating period and during escrow, we felt like we received appropriate guidance as to
how to be flexible in some items and very firm on others. In short, he and his group made the entire
