Tom Williams

Tom brings a very diverse array of skills to The Smith Group. Tom is a graduate of USC, holding both a B.S. degree in Civil engineering and an M.B.A in Finance. Tom bolsters that educational background with professional experience, holding licenses as both a California Real Estate Broker and B-1 Contractor since 1970. Perhaps Tom’s greatest contribution to the group stems from his 35 years of experience as one of coastal Orange County’s most successful and respected custom homebuilders. Tom completed the construction of over 2,000 classic custom homes. Tom’s unique “hands-on” homebuilding experience proves invaluable to both buyers and sellers of homes as they look for professional advice on innovative ways to remodel or expand older homes after purchase, or advice on how to effectively bring a home up to “state-of-the-art” standards that allows the seller to command maximum price at sale.
